On change.

It’s hard. And that’s okay.

Change to any degree will be uncomfortable because it’s exactly that- moving away from our comfort. However, as someone who has gone through several transitions, I can share this quite comfortably:

Change does not get easier. What does it get easier is how we navigate through it. We become stronger and more clear on what we need to move through it.

I have seen this in myself rebuilding my practice in 3 different countries and cultures across the world. I have experienced this with my children starting at new schools in new grades and making new friends in different languages. I have seen this in my clients as they level up in their careers.

Change is inherently hard.

What’s on the other side, however, is remarkable. It’s grit in its most refined form.
